Job Purpose: As a Director at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose includes responsibility for the overall management of your assigned clinical or administrative program(s).

Job Functions:

  1. Oversight and management of day-to-day operations, budgeted revenue, and expenditures.
  2. Employee training compliance and HR management of staff members.
  3. Providing supervision, consultation, and leadership to program Supervisors and Leads, fulfilling a leadership role in the development of new programs.
  4. Assure compliance with rules and standards of the Company, Contractors, Regulatory Agencies such as AHCA, DCF, CARF, etc.
  5. Contributing to the development of program evaluations, productivity standards, maintaining census at minimum 75% with optimal at 85% and above, outcome indicators designed to promote and measure the effectiveness of services.
  6. Work with the Leadership of Finance in the development of the department(s) budget and maintain the revenue and operating expenses within budgeted guidelines and expectations.
  7. Create, present, and follow business plans, hire, supervise, mentor staff, and facilitate coaching and/or corrective actions of staff members in consultation with the HR department. All functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
