Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be of the North America Beverage organization.


Responsibilities:

Could include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the reliability of all production equipment to maximize productivity.
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Help optimize plant performance.
  • Build maintenance technician capabilities and develop production teams to solve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Motivate team members to achieve performance goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze standard manufacturing and warehouse metrics.
  • Prioritize maintenance opportunities and ensure proper utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes, minimizing impacts on personnel, and ensuring smooth transitions during operational shifts.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve operational issues and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Build team capability through effective hiring, training, and communication strategies for frontline personnel. Administer policies and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain a regular presence on the plant floor, prioritizing work requests and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.


Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000- $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be in setting actual salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick and bereavement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of operations maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred,
  • Mechanical Skills: Proficient mechanical experience in maintaining equipment. Understanding of PLC programming is preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
  • Work Authorization: This position is limited to individuals with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Regular presence on the plant floor, with occasional off-shift and weekend work required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and operate forklift and manufacturing equipment as needed.
  • May require working in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
  • Some travel may be required (less than 5%).
