Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess existing computer systems & procedures, design solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Consult with stakeholders to determine system needs
• Analyze existing systems & infrastructure to improve functionality & performance
• Configure, design, customize & implement new systems
• Conduct testing & data modeling to view processes & data flows, analyze information & trends in data
• Train users & develop instruction manuals

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or foreign educational equivalent in Engineering Management, Cybersecurity & Networks or a related field required
