  • Drive a range of product development projects, collaborating closely with research scientists and chefs to develop, optimize, and manufacture new food products, with a focus on R&D product development, process development, and scale-up processing design and validation.
  • Investigate the capabilities of potential co-manufacturing facilities and provide first-line support to internal and external production facilities by acting as the coach and training resource for product mastery and providing knowledge transfer to build the factories' capability to troubleshoot when issues occur.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead technical teams as an expert in a product or food processing.
  • Occasional travel to partnership sites or co-manufacturing facilities.
