We are looking to hire a Lead QA Software Engineer for one of our Product teams within our Payment Solutions group. You will work within a global and distributed team to develop and test quality software aligned with product and company objectives and take part in supporting one of our Payment Services products.

The right candidate will have seven or more years’ experience in software testing and automation, as well as exposure to diagnosing and communicating difficult problems in either engineering or production environments.

This role will require a significant breadth of both technical and non-technical skills and a motivated, self-sufficient attitude.

You will be responsible for product quality delivery as per the QA test strategy. This role will require experience in automation, and performance testing to deliver quality products as per the product development/maintenance roadmap and in line with the organizational vision to deliver quality products to our clients.

  • Test Case Development: Design and implement test cases for data validation, including regression testing, E2E and performance testing. Ensure test cases cover functional, non-functional, and edge cases to enhance test coverage.
  • Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive test documentation in the test case repository.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data validation to increase efficiency and repeatability. Utilize testing framework for automated testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

Minimum required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of QA experience testing and automating enterprise software
  • Computer Science/Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • We work in a hybrid model. The ability to work on site in our Weston FL office 3 days per week is required. Local candidates only, please.

  • Automation Tools: JMeter / Selenium/ NightWatch.JS
  • Test Management Tools: TestRail / Jira / GitHub
  • Languages: C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Frameworks: Angular, .NET Web API, xUnit
  • Testing: Manual Testing (Black Box, White Box), Integration, System and Exploratory Testing
  • Analytical: Analyzes and solves quality problems and has experience leading quality improvement projects
  • Database: Working knowledge of Rational (Microsoft SQL Server) and Non-Rational (MongoDB) databases. Able to query and analyze data.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with TeamCity CI/CD Pipelines
  • Familiar with SCRUM project management framework.
