Your Role With Us:
As a Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, you'll lead a dynamic team of therapists and support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and continuous improvement. You'll manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, while fostering a collaborative and adaptable environment.
Your role will involve mentoring and coaching staff, helping them grow through performance evaluations, and developing educational programs. You'll drive improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, solving problems, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations. You'll also play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively. If you're passionate about improving patient care, developing talent, and leading a team through change, this role is for you.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, a current Oregon State License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and leadership.

Background/Expertise:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy program required.
- Minimum (2) years (3 years preferred) of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Current State of Oregon License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, OR Speech Therapy required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to delegate.
- Effectively demonstrated time management.
