Our client is a successful employment law firm seeking a Sr Litigator (5+ years) with extensive plaintiff-side experience.

Summary

• Heavy PAGA experience.
• Lead a team of attorneys.
• This firm exclusively represents employees in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, which are becoming increasingly common.
• Must be familiar with all stages of litigation and can hit the ground running.
• This position is REMOTE, but you WILL be asked to travel to courts in California in/near Los Angeles as needed.
