YOUR ROLE

You will work with a dynamic sales team and contribute to the rapid growth of our automotive customer base in Silicon Valley. The position is focused on driving revenue growth for ST's leading Power products and technology.

  • Collaborate with customer design teams and ST power product group to facilitate the development of new products.
  • Coordinate design-in activities, working closely with marketing and business units for the assigned product line.
  • Develop and deploy a comprehensive business growth strategy for key customers.
  • Communicate customer demands and forecasts, working with the support of Business Operations to ensure accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Map and maintain customer organization, understanding all components of the customer profile from Executive Management, Design activity, manufacturing operations, to business strategy.
  • Coordinate and maintain Salesforce opportunities.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits and meetings to build relationships at all levels and secure design wins.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics.
• Master's Degree in Electronics preferred.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in semiconductor Sales, Field sales, technical marketing, or business development.
• Detail-oriented with consistent follow-up skills.
• Build a broad knowledge of the customer's product and ST power product line.
• Strong team-working and total customer support attitude.
• Excellent negotiation and listening skills.
• Proficiency in the Italian language is a plus.

At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base annual salary range for this role is between $151,200 - $189,000 USD.
