The Provider Engagement Account Executive is the onsite, trusted advisor and key contact for our strategic clients’ clinical practices. This crucial role involves driving the successful adoption of AristaMD’s clinical services by aligning client needs with our company’s objectives. The focus is on enhancing provider engagement, facilitating seamless integration of our solutions, and ensuring that both client and company goals are met. The Provider Engagement Account Executive’s efforts will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and ensure timely access to specialty care, significantly impacting the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.
Essential Duties
- Drive provider adoption of AristaMD specialty electronic or video consults
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinical staff, and decision-makers
- Execute provider engagement strategies that promote provider adoption of AristaMD’s clinical services and products for specialty eConsults
- Serve as a strategic partner/primary contact for assigned client clinics, health centers and multi-specialty groups, and large provider groups with Value-Based/Risk Components
- Meet monthly with market dyad leadership to review data and collaborate on engagement and clinical appropriateness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs and optimize clinical outcomes
- Work at a center level to understand pain points and collaborate on improving PCP experience and impact of consults
- Support clinical champion program, run trainings and center needs
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics and data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports and performance reviews to clients, highlighting key achievements and actionable insights
- Receive and effectively respond to external provider-related issues
- Share relevant insights with clients and internal teams to support strategic decision-making and program development
- Educate providers regarding policies and procedures related to specialty eConsult referrals, organization-identified clinical care pathways, eConsult use case suggestions and related topics
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
- Ability to travel locally 4 days per week to clinics, work from home 1 day per week
- Incumbent must be based in South Florida, preferably in Miami-Dade or Broward County
Requirements
- Fluency in global risk primary care
- Qualified Clinician (i.e., Nurse Practitioner)
- Demonstrated success in clinical behavior modification
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred
- Experience with clinical program implementation, management, and evaluation is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of clinical practices, healthcare delivery models, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare technology, data analytics, and quality improvement processes
- Value-based care knowledge
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant clinical software
- Strong client service orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs and expectations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
