A bit about us:

We are about a 30-person civil/site engineering firm. We provide civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services to industrial, municipal, commercial, healthcare, and residential clients. The company is well-established, and we have an experienced team of engineers, surveyors, wetland scientists, designers, technicians, and consultants.

*Could go straight to job sites and do most of their office work remotely if desired.*
*Part-time or full-time . . . if someone is retired or working, they can do part-time; I think 20 hours would be ideal but again we want to see what we get for applicants. Could be more or less depending on the week as there are times when we have to be on site supervising for a week straight but then most of the inspectioins we do are weekly/ biweekly. Work schedule is fairly flexible but needs to be sometime in the range of Monday - Friday 7-6.*

Why join us?

Our company offers flexible hours, great benefits and a comfortable work environment. The variation of project styles and Town and State regulations provides work diversity and exposure to many aspects of the Planning and Development industry.

Employment benefits include company-paid health insurance, STD, LTD, life insurance, and NH PFML. In addition to those benefits, we offer paid time off (PTO), 9 company-paid holidays, employee-paid dental insurance, 401k with company contribution, and professional development reimbursement. We are a family-friendly office and promote multiple team-building events during the year, including, but not limited to, “summer hours” (every other Friday off in the summer), monthly company lunches, annual Christmas parties, and company outings. We have season tickets to sports and concert venues that all employees can choose to attend. We also do in-house seminars and “lunch-and-learns” to keep up with our professional development.
