• Ensure inventory integrity and oversee cycle counts.
• Manage material flow for manufacturing and customer orders.
• Develop strategies for warehouse design and material storage.
• Optimize processes for picking, shipping, and replenishing orders.
• Explore technology solutions to improve cost and delivery performance.
• Implement warehouse layout changes for efficiency.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis for process improvements.
• Plan and coordinate daily management for problem-solving.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and training to team members.
• Resolve customer shipment and delivery issues, including imports/exports.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe and orderly working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering, or supply chain.
• 10 years' experience in supply chain or warehouse operations, including 6 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytic tools.

• Master's Degree or APICS Certification.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience with logistics and ERP/WMS systems.
• Lean Sigma experience or Certification (Green Belt).
• Project management experience.
• Oracle ERP experience.
