업무내용/자격요건

1. (담당직무)
   
   1. Process integration development for Trench MOSFET technology.
   2. Develop and create new concept processor and module process.
   3. Determine process integration considering cost effectiveness and manufacturing friendly.
   4. Set-up or/and adjust process integration concept and target through analyzing correlation between each process target and electrical characteristics.
   5. Data analysis and decision with a statical tool for inline data, PCM and probed data.
   6. Define problems and identify root causes and provide solutions.
   7. Manage engineering Lots from Fab-Into Fab-Out and handle them for purpose.
   8. DOE Plan and data analysis and documentation.
   9. Cooperation with Designer, UPD, Fab, PM, NPD, Apps, Assembly, QRA, and FA, etc.
2. (자격요건)
   
   1. BS or MS in Electric/Electrical engineering or semiconductor device physics.
   2. 0~5 years of experience in Semiconductor Fab.
   3. Good communication skills (speaking/listening/writing) in English.
   4. In case of experienced engineer (include the novice requirements):
      • Hands-on process integration experience in Silicon semiconductor fab.
      • Prefer to have experience with Power MOSFET (LDMOS/Trench MOSFET).
      • Knowledge for unit process (Photo/Etch/ThinFilm/Diff/Imp/CMP).
      • Data analysis with a statical tool (JMP/Minitab).
      • Measure MOSFET parameters with parameter analyzer.
      • Layout check with layout tool (Cadence).
      • Knowledge and experience for Reliability items of MOSFET (VRAMP/TDDB/HTRB/HTGB/HAST).
      • Knowledge and experience for FA (XSEM/TEM/SIMS/SRP).
      • Problem-solving ability.
