The primary focus of this role will be to facilitate and coordinate various human resource processes, including recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment dashboards and managing the requisition process through our HRIS/ATS Paylocity.
- Acquiring skills in sourcing passive candidates and building effective recruitment pipelines to support long-term talent needs.
- Participate in local career fairs and partner with educational institutions to promote career opportunities.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and managing pre-employment processes.
- Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitoring and managing the employee referral program
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee training & certification records in the HRIS system.
- Administer the performance reviews in collaboration with department managers.
- Administer new-hire training modules and monitor the status of licenses and certifications in partnership with department managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Professional Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years' previous proven experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition roles (in-house or agency).
- English proficiency: Fluent (Speak, read, understand, interpret content, and write).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRM/ATS systems (Paylocity is highly preferred)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to deliver efficient customer service and communicate clearly and objectively.
