Who You Are:

As the Senior Planner, you will provide support to achieve financial merchandise strategies to maximize sales, profit, inventory, and turn objectives for the Jimmy Choo Retail stores and Ecommerce for US and Canada. You are an experienced planner who can handle high volumes and a fast-paced environment. This position will collaborate cross functionally with our global team, buying, allocations, finance, marketing and store teams to develop business targets and drive alignment across teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve and drive assigned business goals and objectives including sales, inventory, and turn for Jimmy Choo Retail
  • Create and execute detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal merchandise and store reports
  • Manage U.S. DOS Open-to-Buy budgeting process, including rolling sales/inventory forecasting and receipt planning
  • Lead Monthly Financial Reviews and forecasting meetings for the President and COO
  • Forecast sales and inventory on a monthly basis by SKU for all continuative products, suggesting re-orders based on trends and stock levels
  • Liaise frequently with Head of Merchandise Planning to ensure Global Company strategies are aligned
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve sales performance through stock transfers, reorders or Marked-Down strategy
  • Create and present annual budgets to COO and President
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators such as UPT, conversion, and other retail metrics to analyze store performance
  • Present sales overview and recommendations during weekly team meetings
  • Ad hoc reporting needs for Local Executive Team and Head Office Executive Team
  • Liaise with Logistics and IT teams to maintain accurate inventory database


You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years retail planning experience with merchandising, planning, forecasting and allocation in a retail environment
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to successfully manage and control budgets
  • Strong leadership skills
  • High competency in Microsoft Office, Excel
