Full stack Lead - (Node & React)

Chicago, IL - Onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using Java, Node.js and React.
  • Development of Web application & Backend components too
  • Architect and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems using Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
  • Develop and maintain robust front-end applications using React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Define and implement coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify and implement performance optimization strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in web development technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes.
  • Production Support


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in fullstack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Experience with various backend frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
  • Experience with front-end libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
  • Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for building high-quality software.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
