Full stack Lead - (Node & React)
Chicago, IL - Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using Java, Node.js and React.
- Development of Web application & Backend components too
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems using Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
- Develop and maintain robust front-end applications using React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Define and implement coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in web development technologies.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in fullstack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience with various backend frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
- Experience with front-end libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building high-quality software.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
