V7 is used to power AI’s rollout at Fortune 500 organisations including Bayer, Boston Scientific and Genentech.

Due to continued expansion of our US based customer base and pipeline, we are now hiring our first Account Executive role on the ground to propel our growth to the next level of AI adoption in pivotal sectors.

As an Account Executive, you will drive pipeline and win business selling a suite of V7 products. This role gives you ownership of the full sales cycle, targeting commercial accounts ranging from 100 to 5,000 FTEs. You will have access to proactive support from marketing, sales development, customer success, partnerships and engineering in supporting your deals - and we mean this!

What will I be doing:

  • Full sales cycle management: from prospecting, deep qualification, delivering demos, proof of concept (often in collaboration with Solutions Engineers) to closing net new deals.
  • Pipeline Generation: dedicate at least 30% of your time to self-generating pipeline activities, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities. You will have access to top of line sales tech stack including Apollo, Gong and Hubspot.
  • Solution Sales: Engage with prospects and customers to understand their complex data and technical requirements, crafting and selling tailored solutions with typically 3-month sales cycles.
  • Multi-Threading: Develop comprehensive business cases and establish multiple champions within each target organization, ensuring broad support for our solutions across diverse stakeholders both technical and business.
  • AI product expertise: become a trusted advisor on V7 products, educating customers on the transformative potential of our AI solutions in the multi Large Language Models era.
  • Cross-functionally partner with Sales Development, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and technical teams to support your deals and ensure customer delight and ROI.
  • Own a vertical - CEO style. Lead the charge in shaping and expanding V7's footprint, playing a part in revolutionizing the way AI integrates into specific industries.

What are we looking for:

  • A track record of strong performance early in your career (top 10%-20% of the sales org) quota attainment successfully selling in 100 to 4000 FTE segment, typical deal sizes sold $30,000 - $150,000 ARR.
  • You can demonstrate a keen interest in the frontier of AI, including the applications of Large Language Models and GenAI.
  • Solutioning: ability to develop and articulate an AI solution vision to technical and business stakeholders to match value proposition and business needs.
  • PG mindset. Pipeline generation is everything, but you know that already. You’ll have GTM enablement, BDR resource, and all the tools you could wish for. It’s you that makes the difference though, so we expect you to be a PG stalwart. You’re excited to get out there and gather leads, call people, and attend in-person events.
  • Thrived as another fast-paced SaaS startup or scale-up during a high-growth phase.
  • Grit: A proven track record of achieving short and long term goals, through determination and a positive mindset.
  • Know the gold standard: You’re hugely curious and are constantly learning and working on honing your sales craft.
  • This role is remotely based on the West Coast with expected semi-regular travel to our HQ in Soho, London. Reasons for travel include onboarding, in-person SKO, company retreats, etc.
  • Preferred to have: sold an emerging solution in Gen AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, MLOps or Data Analytics.
  • Preferred to have: STEM background or a solid understanding of STEM subjects.
