We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing agency. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of our business.

This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of leads from our top residential agents. Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market prices for clients
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid real estate license
  • Skilled in industry practices and lease language
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
  • Independent and self-motivated

Compensation

$119,500 - $150,500 yearly
