Position Summary:
Responsible for establishing the base and promotional price for a specific grouping of categories to enable profitable sales growth. Proficient in conducting pricing analysis, identifying variances, and providing recommendations for revenue and margin enhancement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish base and promotional pricing for a specific grouping of categories that deliver the brand strategy at the shelf and achieve targets for sales, margin and units.
• Conduct everyday and promotional pricing analysis to evaluate and optimize product pricing strategies.
• Provide recommendations based on pricing analysis to enhance revenue and margin performance.
• Monitor performance of the base and promotional pricing plan
• Collaborates with the Price and Promo Brand Team and external partners on pricing tool and leverage to full use
• Detect, research, and correct data errors within the product hierarchy.
• Guide category team to ensure accuracy, timely completion and alignment to category strategy for promotional activity.
• Experience with accounting terminology and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) structure concepts, including the ability to analyze financial statements, and apply these principles in various business scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience:
Basic :

• 2-3 years of analytical experience with large sets of data
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Proficient in MSL Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Balances workload and priorities
• Proven success with analytical interpretation of complex data sets
• Effective and concise communication and presentation skills
• Precise attention to detail

Preferred:

• Proficient in PowerBI
• Exposure to syndicated/competitive data (e.g. Nielsen, Circana) preferred

Pay Range - $68,325-$109,320
