As our Director of Sales, your role will involve managing a team of professionals and spearheading sales.
You'll be the torchbearer of our sales initiatives, expertly selling our innovative technology to well-established industries.
Your role involves developing structured processes and plans, and consistently meeting growth targets while working hands on getting deals executed.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Spearheaded groundbreaking sales initiatives targeting major construction firms across the USA, establishing Genda as a key player in the industry.
- Champion the adoption of our innovative technology within traditional sectors, using your expertise to break new ground and deliver unique solutions.
- Navigate and streamline the dynamics of early-stage environments, formulating strategic processes and plans to drive substantial growth and meet ambitious targets.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to excel, aligning their efforts with quarterly incentive programs and fostering a high-performance and achievement culture.
- Craft and implement a systematic sales approach, tailored to engage and convert high-value enterprise clients through effective sales cycles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Austin, Texas with traveling
- 8+ years of sales experience, ideally with a mix of startup agility and large company methodology.
- Coach / player who is both strategic and hands-on and hold a quota
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams.
- Ability to work remotely, with approximately 30% travel time.
- Capacity to identify opportunities, organize existing chaos, and develop structured sales processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
