We are one of the largest roofing companies in California, with locations in multiple states.

Seeking experienced, energetic, dedicated agents to join our team in our Valley Village office.

  • We provide the leads; you make the calls.
  • Expected to make 200-300 outbound calls daily.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO CALL ALL UNSOLD OPPORTUNITIES, NEGOTIATE A LOWER PRICE, AND CLOSE THE DEAL. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CLOSER WITH GREAT PHONE ETIQUETTE WHO IS PERSISTENT.

POSITION PAYS HOURLY PLUS 2% COMMISSION FROM THE TOP.

OUR OUTSIDE SALES PEOPLE VISIT JOBS, TAKE MEASUREMENTS, AND PRICE THE JOB. UNSOLD OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE TRANSFERRED OVER TO THE INSIDE SALES TEAM TO START NEGOTIATIONS.

Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Close new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
  • Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery dates, and explaining stock-outs.
  • Develop accounts by checking customer buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
  • Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
