Position Overview:
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the company’s eCommerce strategy, driving online sales growth, and enhancing digital shopping experience. They oversee the development, management, and optimization of the eCommerce platform ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s e-commerce website.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics to track performance, understand customer behavior, and inform decisions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales.
- Team Management: Build and lead an e-commerce team, including designers, developers, and marketers.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of full-time, in-house e-Commerce / performance marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience with paid media planning and buying, including but not limited to: Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
- Experience with web analytic software (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magneto, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
