Digital Marketing Associate

What You’ll Do:

  • Email Marketing and Content Creation
    • Assist in developing and implementing email marketing strategies to showcase specialty food products, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing content and calls-to-action for email campaigns.
    • Support in monitoring email campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
    • Contribute to creating compelling content for email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms.
    • Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
    • Aid in designing and managing automated email workflows for personalized content delivery.
  • Social Media Management
    • Aid in executing the company's social media strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
    • Contribute to creating engaging content and visuals for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
    • Assist in scheduling content to ensure timely postings and maintain consistency across channels.
  • Demand Generation and Campaign Analysis
    • Assist in coordinating demand generation campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Help analyze campaign performance metrics to identify successful strategies for optimization.
  • Social Data Analytics and Reporting
    • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on campaign performance.
    • Provide support in interpreting data to derive actionable insights for marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research and Innovation
    • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to support in identifying growth opportunities.
    • Assist in exploring social tracking platforms to refine the company's social media presence.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with graphic design tools.
  • Some experience or knowledge in email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the willingness to learn and develop skills in data interpretation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to contribute and learn in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Location: Our ideal candidate would live close to one of our following facilities: Northern California, Vegas, Dallas, Chicago, or Florida.
