Manager of M&A and Strategic Finance

Growing Energy company located in Red Bank NJ with an office in NYC as well is looking for a Manager of M&A. The Manager will:

• Collaborate with company and functional leaders to analyze complex business opportunities and provide a sound financial perspective
• Work closely with CFO to grow coordination between the finance team & operating functions, and make M&A a company-wide exercise
• Support the Leadership team on key strategic topics (M&A due diligence, fundraising etc.)
• Path to growing and managing a broader M&A team through hiring of direct reports
• Continue developing the M&A function as a center of excellence in the organization

We’re Looking for Someone with:

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in investment banking, strategy consulting and/or private equity
