Tax Consultant (Seasonal, Business)

As a Tax Consultant (Seasonal, Business), you will provide expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to customers. This role involves managing complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations, as well as shaping the direction of TurboTax Live Business.

What you'll bring:

• Strong business tax preparation experience
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
• Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Proficiency with technology and computer operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Residence in the United States

How you will lead:

• Virtual, customer-facing role using video communications software
• Providing tax advice, full-service business return preparation, and product inquiries
• Creating high-quality customer interactions and experiences
• Utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers
• Documenting customer interactions
• Working towards company key performance metrics and goals
• Participating in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations
