People Consulting – UKG Workforce Management Consulting-Manager

The opportunity
As a Manager Consultant for UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions), you will utilize your extensive experience and leadership skills to drive success in People Consulting UKG practice. Your role involves overseeing the delivery of workforce management solutions, ensuring clients receive unparalleled value from their investments. You will lead by understanding clients' needs, applying expert knowledge, and employing best practices to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Your key responsibilities
You will be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, providing expert-level knowledge and oversight on the UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system. You will lead and manage all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Oversee implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies (direct to end client sales), as well as conduct and lead complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, developing strategic objectives tailored to client-specific needs.
- Develop and review detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation.
- Analyze complex data or facts and present findings in a compelling and understandable manner to clients and stakeholders.
- Drive thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services based on practical experience, optimal outcomes, and best practices.
- Act as a mentor and provide oversight to consulting teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and the development of best practices.
- Manage and oversee full life cycle activities (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support).
Skills and attributes for success
- Support client projects leveraging deep knowledge and understanding of Advanced Scheduling, with strong configuration experience, especially in sectors like manufacturing, retail and healthcare.
- Experience leading enterprise UKG WFM implementations as a well-rounded consultant.
- Forecasting to inform Advanced Scheduling based on historical data.
- Analytics functionality within UKG WFM, both out of the box and tailored configuration based on client requirements.
- Attestation and Clock configuration experience.
- Strong experience with leading the policy review workstream to inform system design requirements.
To qualify for the role you must have
- 7+ years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in the Workforce Management domain, with extensive experience in managing or leading global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deliverables, and leading teams to success.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and vendors.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Large-scale project management experience, including budget, scope and resource management; inclusive of global or multi-national client WFM project experience.
- Global WFM consulting experience, knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors, primarily UKG.
- Common knowledge of WFM, with priority to UKG, business process activities; and ability to modify and apply processes depending upon client sector.
- Business development experience – proposal development, orals presentation development and delivery, CRM management, and deal-size revenue/economics/pricing creation.
- Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $124,700 to $228,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $149,700 to $260,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
