BlackRock's Cash Management Group (CMG) is seeking an account manager to support the sales function in building and maintaining relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to build and develop new and existing relationships with clients, understanding the sales/onboarding process, owning distributor platform setups, and ensuring effective sales business operations through CRM and KPI systems.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
• Owning sales processes to support the broader sales function
• Coordinating efforts with internal and external stakeholders for effective onboarding
• Resolving operational issues raised by clients
• Maintaining CRM systems and sales pipeline
• Supporting the sales team with strategy development
• Contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment

Knowledge/Experience Required

• 2-3 years of sales experience in the Financial Sector preferred
• Knowledge of financial markets and asset management industry
• Interest in technology within the asset management sector
• Organizational, presentation, and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Must have Series 7 certification
