We are seeking a talented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required. Responsibilities:

1. Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
2. Follow up on all leads and requests for information
3. Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
4. Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
5. Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

Qualifications:

1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
2. Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
3. A real estate license is required

Compensation:

$80,000 - $130,000+ at plan commissions
