Temporary HR Clerk to work at a Mail Sorting Facility.
The building will not be shutting down after peak. We are going to continue processing mail throughout next year.
There may be a possibility to continue working after peak.
• Assist and work with all shift managers on keeping payroll hours up to date.
• Communicate with Corp office on employee status changes.
• Aid with the daily administrative operations of the human resource department.
• Help with recruiting activities and new employee orientations and on-boarding activities.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• All other duties as required by the HR Manager.

Observe all employees as they clock in.
Run Daily reports for Managers.
Computer experience with online data entry and MS office programs.
Must be good with excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
HR experience is a plus.
Paylocity Experience is a plus.
Rotating 12-Hour Shift Weekends are required if part of your rotation
Rate of Pay-
Base Hourly Rate: $25.02
Health and Welfare Premium (HWP): $4.98 (paid on 40 hours per week)
Total Hourly Rate: $30.00
Overtime Pay: Time and a half is calculated based on the base rate of $25.02 per hour.
