The IT-Enterprise Solution Product team is committed to creating exceptional products to improve efficiency and reliability within ByteDance. We are also developing enterprise solutions like Software-Defined WAN, Endpoint Management tools, ITSM, and Office Intelligence. We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Operations professional to join our team and help build the best product ecosystem driven by AI and data.
We are seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager with a strong background in service and identity platforms, particularly for multi-tenant account management and data platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or data analytic experience, contributing significantly to our product development initiatives. This role involves leading the strategy, development, and execution of platform products, aligning with our company's vision and market needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Collect, analyze, and integrate customer and stakeholder feedback to define product features and requirements.
- Lead the planning and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements documents (PRD) to guide development teams.
- Oversee product launches, ensuring they meet schedule and quality standards.
- Recommend product enhancements and expansions to broaden the product base and deepen market penetration.
- Implement metrics to assess product use and impact, driving continuous improvement.
- Stay current with Agile/Scrum practices and industry trends to enhance product management processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in platform product management, particularly with ServiceNow and Okta.
- Proven track record in managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Strong background related to software development and program management.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
- Effective leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Account Platforms or Data Platforms, with a preference for candidates with direct experience.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on product innovation and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
