Minimum Experience and Training Requirements
  • Associate degree in nursing and two years of behavioral health or other related experience; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing and one year of behavioral health, or other related experience; OR
  • Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.

    • Up to $3,000 reimbursement of moving expenses
    • Relocation bonus in the amount of $3,000 (prorated based on FTE) as a one-time payment upon proof of Oregon residency

    We offer the following retention bonus, prorated based on FTE:
    • $1,500 bonus after six months of continuous employment
