Richmond Foundry, located in Dayton, NJ is looking for Salvage Grinders to join our team. As a extremely important member of our team you will be using various industrial grinding devices for grinding off any excess metal that is present on our castings from the production process. Knowledge of casting defects and capability of identifying defects is preferred but we will train the right person. Responsibilities:

  • Operate various types of industrial grinding equipment
  • Perform Quality checks on finished parts
  • Maintain Compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Competencies:
  • Must be able to efficiently work within a team based environment.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and accept coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform job functions consistent with Buck Company safety policy
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all team members
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment capabilities test
