Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Research and implement the state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning methods to deliver high-quality artifacts that meet product specifications.
  2. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine-learning model development, model validation and gap analysis.
  3. Research new machine learning approaches to drive continued scientific innovation.
  4. Work in a collaborative environment with other scientists, engineers, product managers and cross-functional teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3+ years of building models for business application experience
  2. PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
  3. Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
  4. Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Proven track record of innovation in creating novel algorithms and advancing the state-of-the-art
  2. Experience in prototyping, designing, implementing and deploying large-scale computer vision and AI applications
  3. Experience in developing highly-optimized CV and ML algorithms on resource-constrained platforms
  4. Exceptional writing and verbal communications skills
