The Role
We are looking for an experienced UA Performance Marketing Lead to drive our growth and user acquisition efforts. This role is critical for executing high-impact strategies, scaling our user base, and optimizing our marketing spend. You will be responsible for leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow our business through strategic initiatives and partnerships while managing and overseeing P&L. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a proven track record in performance marketing and managing business growth.

The focus is on driving new strategic initiatives, growing the existing business, including new and existing partners, and leading and managing teams. They will also manage their P&L. Most importantly, we need leaders who embody a “yes and” mentality, embracing challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a drive to figure things out and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities
- Drive New Strategic Initiatives: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of new user acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Grow the Existing Business: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale the business, nurture existing relationships, and build new strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team, ensuring they meet goals and stay aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
- P&L Management: Own and manage the UA marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI while balancing short-term growth with long-term sustainability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance data to continually optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., paid social, search, display, mobile networks). Analyze user acquisition data to identify key performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on investment.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to design and execute successful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains ahead in the industry.
- Campaign Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of UA campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring continuous testing and optimization for improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in UA performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth company or startup.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to manage and optimize campaigns to meet targets.
- Experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- P&L management experience with a track record of making data-driven financial decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven marketing.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Experience working on global or multi-market UA campaigns.
- Knowledge of key digital marketing tools, platforms, and ad networks (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator.
- Excited by problem-solving.
- Fearless.
