“ I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. Online the price was listed as $19,999. I drove a little under 2 hours to go look at this vehicle. Once I got there I spoke with the sale man, he even quoted the price at $19,999. I test drove the vehicle and decided to continue with the purchase process. The sales man took some more information and then went to speak to someone. When he came back, he then goes over current value of the vehicle, and proceeds to give me a price several thousand dollars more than the advertised and originally discussed price. I am very displeased as I drove a distance to come see this vehicle, and then they add money to the price once I was there. I have bought several vehicles from other dealerships and never encountered this. I find it to be extremely unprofessional and misleading. I have actually never written a review before in my life, but felt the need to just to warn others. ”

“ Good morning, I went to pohanka Honda for service for my vehicle. Not sure if my service advisor was having a good morning. First thing he did check me in then recommended a service due to a service light. I respectful declined. Cool they took my car right back. After waiting about 30- 40 minutes he come out and says my vehicle is done. Has me sign one copy and give me another copy. He told me I need a brake flush that I declined in the beginning and an alignment. Gave me my keys and I went to my car. I look at the paperwork and saw that they put my windshield green. My windshield has a long Crack across it. So while I was driving home I said to my self what else didn't they check. I stopped at a auto zone near my house and looked at the air filter and cabin air filter. Both were dirty and need to be replaced. Now I thinking what else didn't they check or do . I look at the brake master cylinder cap and it look as if it wasn't removed. I go in to auto zone and purchased both filter and install them both. Mind you I just had my vehicle serviced at th dealership. I'm not sure if the tech that service the vehicle or the service advisor is truthfully informing me of what I need to keep my vehicle running its best and safe. No items or test strips were showed to me or discussed with me at any time after the check in. I guess next time I'll have to ask more questions and check my filters at the dealership so that the items can be service at that time. Maybe I'll just take my vehicle to a different dealership for service. I should have learned from the first time I have an issue and it took 8 house to have my tire changed and oil change done last time. Pohanka you got to do better. ”

“ We brought our Odyssey in because the valve cover gaskets were leaking oil. Dixie our service writer was wonderful & helpful. As far as I can tell the work requested was done.The tech seemed to be pushy & trying to sell services that weren't really needed. He said that our oil pan was leaking a "decent amount of oil". This made zero sense, since we would have seen a lot of oil on our garage floor, based on the terminology used. Also, no leaking from the pump area. We chose not to do the oil pan at this time, especially at the $700 price quoted.We also paid to have the A/C check, because there was a vibration noise coming from the passenger side vent, like something was stuck inside. Asked to check the passenger cabin filter area which wasn't done. He found that a bearing in the motor was going bad, which surprised me, because you can't hear the vibration outside the vehicle, only in the cabin and only from the passenger side. He did say that we don't have to replace now & can wait until the fan motor stops working.Lastly, they checked the tires. He stated that the tires have good tread & are in very good shape, but recommend to replace, because the were more than 5 years old. I personally never heard about a 5 year age limit on tires. Again, my opinion trying to sell me something I don't need. ”
