OverviewGovCIO is currently looking for an Administrative Budgetary Specialist for our US Courts proposal. This position will be located in San Antonio, TX.ResponsibilitiesWorking knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat and Lotus Notes or OutlookWorking knowledge of Internet navigationKnowledge of basic budget projection principlesAbility to research training options, and make training reservations for staff customersAbility to prepare and keep current staff attendance rosters for multiple teamsKnowledge of shipping via Federal Express and UPS utilizing InternetKnowledge of general office equipment (usage of fax, copier, and LaserJet printers)Knowledge of receiving goods from delivery services.QualificationsHigh School with 5-8 years (or commensurate experience) of budgetary and other relevant experienceFull knowledge of the job. Moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job and its application.Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.Works under general supervision. Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness and overall accuracy.Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
