Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Crete Building Services, Florida (CBS FL) based in Orlando. This role is pivotal in building a cohesive team, achieving predictable business results, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Deliverables:

• Achieve Revenue and EBITDA Performance Targets.
• Drive Revenue and EBITDA Growth.
• Recruit and Train Team Members.
• Ensure High Customer Satisfaction.
• Grow and Retain Maintenance Base.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to optimize workflows and labor efficiency.
• Develop and execute sales growth strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Manage financial budgets to achieve growth and accurately forecast performance.
• Prepare and review estimates and pricing to ensure best value solutions with high margins.
• Develop team members with written career paths and succession plans.
• Foster customer relationships to ensure repeat and recurring revenues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in the industry with service, management and operations oversight.
• Commercial HVAC technical knowledge gained through experience as a technician (sheet metal, pipefitter, service tech), estimator, project manager, engineer, or operations/service manager is strongly preferred.
• At least three years of P&L responsibility.
• Five or more years managing a team of four or more direct reports.
• Proven success in establishing and growing a business.
• Contractor’s license preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications; trade ERP experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong work ethic and proactive decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
