Essential Job Functions:

The partner must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • First point of contact for managers and partners, driving and executing organizational, talent and cultural transformations associated with building a world-class organization.
  • Drive the partner experience by coaching leaders to hire, inspire, develop and retain talent.
  • Partner with various HRBPs and stakeholders across multiple client groups; collaborate within the ecosystem of HR peers including Comp, TA, Workforce Planning and Learning & Development.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and partners to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
  • Coach managers to ensure team priorities are laser focused on-strategy and drive customer success.
  • Engage with partners regularly to become an expert of our people and the way they work in order to create best-in-class working experiences.
  • Drive partner development by coaching managers to create meaningful, personalized development plans.
  • Influence hiring to ensure we continue to hire the best partners with the right experience and mindset.
  • Assist with HR functional & organizational development processes like Performance Development, Compensation Planning, New Partner Orientation and New Manager Assimilations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources.
  • Minimum five years' work experience in human resources.
  • Required to travel <10% of the time (as needed).

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Expertise in a specialty area such as staffing, compensation, organizational change, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements.
  • Passionate, employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed.
  • Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; ability to diffuse a tense situation.
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills.

These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.

$101,900.00 - $152,800.00/year
