Common home care duties and caregiver job descriptions may include:Assistance with other activities of daily livingPersonal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing Assistance, Toileting, etc.)Transportation (Doctor's Appointment)Medication RemindersErrands (Groceries Shopping, Attend Church Services, Salons)Meal Planning and Preparation (Prepare Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)Joyful Companionship-Board games, Brain Building Exercises, Crossword Puzzles, Trivia Games, Card Games, Cook together, Conversation, Read together, answer the phoneLight Housekeeping (Dusting, Vacuum, Clean Kitchen, Change the linen Light Laundry, Light Ironing)Caregiver QualificationsYour enthusiasm and passion for building client relationships are as important as your professional qualifications.
