Job Requirements / Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all audiovisual and technology equipment in conference rooms (e.g., computers, displays, codecs, etc.) are fully operational and ready before scheduled meetings.
- Conducting daily checks of conference rooms to verify equipment functionality; coordinating with audiovisual vendors and the Technology team for repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Operating conference room equipment when required, such as initiating video conferences, adjusting camera and microphone settings, performing live switching, and transitioning presentations.
- Monitoring the firm’s conference room scheduling system to ensure technology resources meet meeting requirements, resolving any conflicts by coordinating with a supervisor.
- Providing additional technical support to end-users, including assistance with laptop connectivity, docking, printing, and conference room displays.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a strong understanding of PC and Mac technology support related to AV and VC.
- Demonstrate knowledge of technologies and equipment used for high-quality videoconferencing, audio conferencing, projection, and other meeting support (e.g., control systems, video systems, microphones, speakers).
- Are experienced in working with IT and networking products.
