What you can expect
You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing executive compensation strategies that align with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve researching market trends, benchmarking compensation packages, and developing policies that support long-term business growth.
About the Team
Our team is dedicated to building fair and competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top executive talent. We collaborate with various stakeholders. This includes finance, HR, and leadership teams, to create and maintain compensation plans that drive performance and align with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing executive compensation strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conducting research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of executive compensation packages.
Collaborating with finance and the compensation team to develop executive and employee compensation plans, including short- and long-term incentives.
Creating and updating compensation policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
Partnering with senior leadership, the Board, and compensation committees to provide recommendations on compensation matters.
Preparing and presenting compensation analysis, recommendations, and reports to senior leadership and the Board.
What we’re looking for
Experience (8+) in executive compensation, with at least (3) in a senior role.
Possess knowledge of executive compensation practices, regulations, and tax implications.
Demonstrate analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and handle confidential information.
Bachelors in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
Demonstrate great attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$121,600.00
Maximum:
$266,000.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
