Location : Winchester, Virginia

Shift : 2,2,3 days or nights available

Compensation – 75k-85k doe + full benefits package

Relocation package also available

The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the production department, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement. You will lead a frontline team, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence. You will manage employee performance, develop talent, and promote a modern manufacturing mindset that values lean processes and proactive change management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and develop a production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets. Conduct daily huddles to ensure team alignment on safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Change Management : Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and sanitation.
  • Employee Safety & Well-being : Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to lead and improve safety programs. Serve as an on-site safety representative, investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.
  • Operational Excellence : Leverage your leadership experience to administer collective bargaining agreements, balance labor costs, and maintain production schedules.
  • Compliance & Quality : Oversee and ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and quality programs. Support internal and external audits, ensuring all standards and certifications are upheld.
  • Budgeting & Planning : Assist the Production Manager in creating department budgets and setting long-term operational goals.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be experienced in modern manufacturing principles, passionate about change management, and capable of leading through influence.

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience with food manufacturing
