Requirements:

1. Must hold an active Maryland Bar license (required)
2. Virginia Bar license is a plus but not mandatory
3. Fluency in Spanish (required)
4. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
2. Must be admitted to practice law in Maryland

Certifications:

1. Maryland Bar admission required
