What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and execute the national sales strategy
- Develop and implement business plans to support product launches
- Identify and secure partnerships with laboratories for specimen collection
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products to primary care providers
- Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape
- Experience with product launch planning and execution
- High-touch customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
