Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Sr. Governance & Events Manager for the following task:

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assists the Senior Task Manager processing coordination requests.
  • Supports scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site.
  • Coordinates audio/video and facility support; prepares slides and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes.
  • Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred.
  • Previous event management experience is preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Requires BA/BS and 3+ years of experience, or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
  • TS/SCI w/Poly level clearance is required.
  • *Candidates without the required clearance will NOT be considered for this position.*
