Job Description:

***This person will be coming in to help train internal employees on the new system nCino that has been implemented and also training on any updates to the system to existing users, as well.

Will be delivering the training, large virtual sessions with screen shares of nCino, to in-person ad hoc training workshops.

They're basically building the plane as they're flying it. This candidate has to be scrappy, a self-starter, and not expect someone to just give them a framework or script to work off of. Even the trainers will need to be able keep a pulse on the changes of the nCino tool, understand the user experience, (on rare occasions could ) trouble shoot issues with the actual tool or virtual learning environment, facilitate in-person and virtual trainings, and even roll up their sleeves and build a multipage instruction document, or multi-slide presentation deck. They expect a healthy balance of facilitation/training, content creation, understanding user/learner needs, and instructional design (but not too weighted here ).

They'll be pulling info from kanban board

Meeting with Lead Trainers and business partners, then getting that information to the end users.
