About the Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Health Care Leader to join our team at Moran Stockton home. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Care Manager who is ready to make a significant impact.

As the Care Manager (CM), you will lead our well-resourced Care Team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care, as well as lifestyle services for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide clinical direction to the care team
  • Develop a capable Care Team able to meet resident needs
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Promote a culture of customer service delivery that supports resident choice
  • Contribute to achievement of quality outcomes
  • Support clinical and organisational governance
  • Lead various programs and specialized service delivery
  • Oversight of admissions and assessments
  • 2IC to General Manager

Skills/Requirements:

As a collaborative and senior leader with clinical experience within the aged care sector, you will have:

  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Registration as approved by the Australian Nurses and Midwifery Board with a minimum 3 years’ post graduate aged care experience.
  • Experience in the supervision and leadership of employees with demonstrated ability to influence others and work together to deliver safe and quality care and services
  • Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate and converse with residents, families, and other employees
  • Ability to read and write clear and precise English relevant to this role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Current Police Check
  • Valid & Appropriate Working Rights
