In the AR Senior Analyst role, you will be an important part of our commitment to serve others.This role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the US.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all Accounts Receivable consolidated reporting functionsManage the compilation of AR analytics: day sales outstanding report, aging analysis, revenue lag analysis, and other AR comparative analysisAnalyze trends and report key accounts receivable performance measurements to managementAssist Director in assessing the adequacy of AR reserve allowance and recommend period true-upWork with internal finance and operations personnel to develop and implement AR revenue policies and proceduresExplore, recommend, and implement processes that will optimize existing Oracle AR capability to enhance reporting efficiency as well as process improvementResponsible for quarterly/annual audit readiness and completion of month-end close dutiesServe as corporate finance contact on all Oracle AR reporting related inquiriesMaintain an effective control environment for the accounting operationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5-7 years accounting experience with a demonstrated basic understanding of Accounts Receivable/General Ledger accountingSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-taskStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sourcesSolid understanding of financial statements and corporate banking servicesSkillful data analysis, critical thinking, and strong financial acumenWhy Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payComplex work adding value to the organization’s mission alongside a great team of coworkersEnjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunitiesWe have meaningful work for you – come join our team – apply today!Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
