Our client is seeking a transformative leader to oversee their operations, from managing manufacturing facilities to leading scale-up efforts, all while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Your objectives:
As the VP of Operations, you will be measured against the following objectives:
- Lead the transition of the organization from research-focused to a commercial entity.
- Scale up manufacturing processes and ensure successful navigation of preapproval inspections.
- Build and expand operational teams while maintaining a high-performance culture.
What you will do:
As the VP of Operations, your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Oversee manufacturing, facilities, production, supply chain, and quality operations.
· Manage the transition to and efficiency of an established manufacturing facility.
· Lead future expansions of the facility to meet growth targets.
· Ensure operational teams maintain a customer-first mindset, addressing stakeholder needs.
· Foster collaboration and accountability within teams and across functions.
· Drive organizational transformation, balancing the pace of change with inclusivity.
· Engage both senior leadership and shop-floor teams with hands-on leadership.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the VP of Operations:
· Proven experience in cell and gene therapy, ideally autologous cell therapy.
· Strong expertise in technical operations, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality.
· A track record of successful late-stage commercialization and scale-up efforts.
· Leadership in growing teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
· Experience with change management and driving business transformation.
· Exceptional communication skills and proactive collaboration.
