Position Summary: Under broad review from the Dean and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Nursing Program, the incumbent is responsible for the daily organization and administration of the Off-Campus Instructional Site in Baton Rouge (OCIS-BR) academic nursing education programs and services, with the primary responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of student didactic & clinical learning experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Education: Doctorate in Nursing or related field
- Certifications/Licenses Required: Currently Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Louisiana as a Registered Nurse. Unencumbered Louisiana RN License.
- Minimum Years of Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a faculty member.
- Type of Experience Required: Documented record of scholarly activities, community service, and teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred Education: PhD or DNP preferred in Nursing or related field
- Preferred Experience: Prior administrative experience. Experience working in an off-campus instructional site.
