Responsibilities

  • Complete daily sales routes and appointments
  • Join industry organizations and attend industry trade shows, expos, meetings, and other functions
  • Set up and attend one-on-one lunches, company presentations for clients, and fun outings
  • Work closely with the Business Development Executive to communicate customer feedback
  • Liaise with other members of the team to solve client problems
  • Follow the business plan
  • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

Qualifications

  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Products
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, and results-driven
  • Competent in the use of CRM systems for managing prospects and customers
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
  • Must currently live in the LA/OC area.
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 at plan with benefits
